Dead Zine Submissions: Apply to be Featured

By submitting your information you give your explicit consent that your name, photo and anything you have submitted can be used in the zine, on any related websites, in store and/or social media. 

You also confirm that you are the owner and/or creator of all content and waive any liability from DeadZine and our distributors. 

Anything created using AI will not be considered or included.

If you don't agree, don't apply. 

Please ensure you include files and attachments if relevant. Must include at least one photo of you, we are trying to get to know each other :)
